You don't give you #1 prospect for a .850SV% goalie rental and a player getting scratched from a bottom 3 team in the league.

Huge over pay by EDM. They can keep Benson and both 2nds and the Hawks would jump at that.

Not trading out top prospect and a load of picks for a struggling forward (which we don't need) and a 38 year old goalie who the Hawks got for free and is having a bad season. Yes he won the Vezina, but with his age, moving teams clearly had a big impact on his game.
If you took out Holloway, both 2nds, and added a 3rd, that would be closer to being accepted.

This proposal is off the mark big time

I like what Fleury would bring in terms of experience and winning a Vezina as recently as last season but I really struggle trading Koskinen the way he's looked with Smith down (played well in 4 out of his 5 games) with a good sv% and a positive GSAA and getting in a return a goalie that is struggling although the team is an absolute tire fire. It's just a risk I don't think you need to take right now.
