Eichel's going to Vegas, And besides Sakic already said that there would've to be retention on Eichel and that's not happening.

sakic didnt say anything, elliotte friedman believed thats what the Avs asked for if they did call. Key word, Friedman Believes this happened, not confirming it

but yes Eichel doesnt many any sense for the Avs, he hurts more than he helps when you have to shoe horn in his cap hit

If you paid attention, you'd know that Erik Johnson's $6mil comes off the books the same offseason that MacKinnon's contract ends. The contract is already taken care of.
