Having a defenseman like Fox is a massive advantage, but Trouba and Kreider are the bottom two players there.

Zibanejad = Tavares
Fox > Marner
Trouba < Rielly
Kreider <<< Nylander
Shesterkin > Mrazek

The Leafs is who I’m choosing.
Although, Adam Fox made the decision harder.

I like how you divided it up by cap hits. In these brackets, I think the correct answers are: Matthews, Zibanejad, Ovechkin, Carlson, WIlson, and maybe Binnington?
