Accept. Brisson and a 1st would do it IMO. Assume Janmark for cap purposes so sure.

They changed the rules and you cannot have conditions on player resigning anymore

I mean still the 1st condition works.

Also Toronto accepts the Brayden McNabb deal.

I'm sure you can find plenty of teams to take Carrier, but the Pens aren't one of them. The value is fair, but the Pens already will have to move players once we're completely healthy.
