This is the opportunity to give Brooks a chance he never had in Toronto, to play in the top 6. I personally think he could be a surprise to many on how good and efficient he could be.

see the problem is that habs only have four healthy centres meaning they all have to be playing C
I wouldnt mind giving brooks a look in the top 6, but 1. i think evans should be placed there first and 2. belzile pezzetta baddock cannot play C

I don’t think Ducharme likes Brooks very much, since he’s been reluctant to even give him 4th line minutes ahead of Paquette or an injured Evans.
