Buffalo has shown clear improvement with a good coach and is loaded with high end prospects looking to be in the NHL next year and if that trade goes through a clearly competent gm that flipped a rotten core into a promising team within a year. They also have some of the most cap space in the league

Buffalo has already shown a good turn this year. They'll playing great, weather they win or lose. I could definitely see Tkachuk signing if he was traded here. And would probably get the C too.
