Description
Short of trading for somebody, this is probably the best lineup they could ice until Domi comes back from COVID protocol and Bemstrom returns in a couple weeks.
Chinakhov will get a chance to unleash his shot on the top line, and Voracek moves over to LW to help stabilize the top line. Hofmann had his best game earlier this year at 2LW, and with 2 veterans in Jenner and Ollie.
Robinson, Kuraly, Tex, Stenlund Roslovic and Gus (the bottom 6) better step up moving forward or there will be a lot of shutouts in our near future.
I wish Gerbe was available, he would be perfect in this situation.

I’d like to see Danforth play when everyone is out.

I couldn’t remember which one it was, Danforth or Dunne, but one of them looked very good up in the Traverse City tournament a couple months ago.
I am curious just how far down the depth chart Foudy has slipped.
Maybe Bems & Domi will be back soon.

As for traverse it was dunne. But he basically got frozen out when we signed kuraly as they both fit the 4c role very very effectively.

As for foudy. My hope is he fell so far we move him this year or he’s the next man up. He’s not getting younger and gms are gonna start to see that he’s not fit for the top 6 in a two way game. (Not enough offense).

Kuraly really isn’t giving us much right now scoring-wise,
I’d like to see what Dunne can do.
I say give Foudy one last shot, as his value definitely is going down.

Oh I completely agree. However, we just signed the one to a 2.75 million dollar 4 year deal with a full no trade. And the other is like 22. We have to stick this one through.

Foudy. I agree as well. However I don’t want to wait too long. He’s young enough but doesn’t have the offensive touch that would be needed to burn us, If he were to pop off. At best he’s a Phil danault type. And when I say best case, I mean as in Johnson’s best case is braydon point. So I’m not gonna sweat over moving him sooner rather than later. (Johnson is closer ((in potential)) to point than foudy is to danault)

I’d also like to see Foudy traded, maybe package him and Korpisalo together for a late first or something. I can also see Bremstrom being on his last strew with the team as well. With Johnson, Marchenko and others looking to make the team next year, it could become a now or never for some of these guys.

How do you feel about moving nyquist and texier? The projections I’m doing sees them as bottom guys or out of the top 12.

I like Texier, hes shown flashes of being good, but also flashes of meh. I’d also say he’s better on the wing in a top 9 role with a player like Bjorkstrand.

Nyquist is a vet and a leader in the room, I wouldn’t mind moving him in the right deal to a contender, but I also wouldn’t mind keeping him around to.
