Copp being over a PPG 14 games in definitely warrants this type of deal. I though he’d maybe slow in production but he’s been steady Eddie. Starting to see that playing on that shutdown line was hindering his offensive production more than we thought. Him and scheifele have undeniable chemistry and hopefully they can continue to play with Ehlers.

I think DeMelo will be the cap sacrifice this off-season. He’s been good in his time as a jet but probably the one to go as the jets can’t afford 3 million on the 3rd pair. I like putting Perfetti with Dubois and Connor.

My only concern again is goaltending.

But the BIRDMAN!?!?!? All jokes aside though, goaltending would be a question mark but nothing a small trade can’t fix.

I agree everywhere else. Though I don’t think that shutdown role was “hindering” copp. He simply did not have this offensive flair before last year, he’s more grown into that role.
