after watching tampa vs islanders last night i don't think what islanders need is defensive dman. to me they need like a girard, or leddy like player on their defence. they need an offensive weapon i didn't think the defence did much to help out the offence in the ozone, especially if you are looking for a dpartner for mayfield getting another stay home dman with little offensive skill is just asking for turnover central coming from that line in the ozone. the strong defensive play will come back when pelech and pulock are back together everyone knows what they are capable of but to me what they still lack is that PP1 quarterback and someone who can carry the offence for that 2nd d-pair
