We have the suter/parise buyouts ramping up next season and Greenway is due for a new contract. We also have some young prospects ready to take his spot, so he’s dispensable to us.

I thought the “quintessential Sabres type” was a disgruntled star who gets moved after a couple years of diminished production and anger for a minimal return and wins the cup

His no trade list is only 10 teams after this season so it’s not impossible…

Isn't it awful, Zucc has a good year, and then some team takes him off your hands because of the insane signing and cap hit to Parise and Suter.
