Description

Banker to NY might be the best thing for him to go home and get back on track with the Rangers.

Send a REAL message to Vlasic and send him to the minors for a couple weeks. He is just awful.

Trade Simek. He's just as rough as Vlasic but still has potential to get out of his funk whereas Vlasic has had 2 years and still hasn't.

Scott Reedy is tearing up the AHL - get him a cup of coffee next to Weatherby and try to spark some bottom six offense.

Ryan Merkley was pretty good in his covid stint. He deserves another look this year.

I’m all for these moves. San Jose should be moving cap out for futures, creating cap space and buying low on players that need change of sceneries or young guys that haven’t been getting spots in their teams lineups and are at risk of over-ripening

Vlasic is probably going to use that NMC Wilson gave him to say no to an AHL assignment.

Seems like the Sharks were trying to trade Simek a bunch this offseason and couldn't find any takers. But you could waive him and call up Merkley. Can't hurt at this point and maybe you'll get lucky and someone will bite. Won't be Seattle though, they have so many defensemen.
