Wouldn't that mean Montreal would give up 4 1st round picks? I mean with the signing bonus that would make the cap hit 11.1M no? I feel like Carolina could accept that and then Montreal is out first rounders for they next 4 years, and depending on what happens with the team could be some really nice picks.
