I think Devils would have to add...but if this is the offer. Easy, Devils take it and skate.

What exactly does boeser bring other than streaky scoring? Wood can at least add some sorely needed grit while still likely potting 20 goals

He is currently injured, just so you know. So unlikely to get 20g from him this year.

This is a fair take (other than Wood likely Potting 20 goals ...possible, not likely).

assume most people would be appalled by this trade, but its intriguing. BB clearly a sheltered offensive talent, coming off a RFA contract.

What do you pay for such a player, who is spoon fed offensive zone start? Certainly his possession numbers are first rate, but Is he a cup quality guy? Outside the offensive zone, is he effective?

Idk.

I agree you could get more, but given the pending (likely overvalued contract) for a non premium position player, Im not sure the value is as far off as many would argue.

You pose an interesting proposal... I think youre right. Put him out to highest bidder while you can. You could do better than the NJ package imo. Go get a young Center or Defender, pure offensive wings can be found elsewhere
