Description
islanders fans what's your thoughts? the season is looking pretty tough for you guys as not only have you been plagued by injuries but the metro division has been very competitive would you be willing to move on from nelson? and what would be the cost if so?

rangers are looking for a replacement for blais and i think debrusk would be a more the solid replacement for him. blais is more physical but i think debrusk gives you a better scoring threat

about half a season he struggled though he's a LW but kreider can play RW can't he? so that leaves LW3 open

We need someone who’s well accustomed to the position. Both Kreider and DeBrusk are left hand shots who would be on their off-wing.

Not to mention the fact that DeBrusk has struggled for quite some time now. I have no choice but to pass here.

Debrusk to the Rangers is a jimmy Murphy rumor so it’s fake.

reilly is better then half your current dcorp lol with pulock out for a while reilly would be your 3-4 best dman behind pelech and mayfield maybe dobson.
lauko is a solid young player 21 yrs old and has looked good in providence and a 1st and 3rd are scraps?

do some research before talking, islanders are not looking like they will make playoffs as of right now they might aswell tank for a high pick and restart next year, every other fan has said that it's a good return for nelson

bruins need to move some cap that's why i have reilly there. looks like NYI needs a lefty dman so i assumed he would draw a little interest

i'd do stud, reilly, 1st for nelson and a 3rd

If the isles are out of a playoff spot in 2 months, sure I’d make this trade especially if Aatu Raty keeps producing at the rate he is in liiga. The isles making the playoffs depends on Trotz scratching Chara. If he does, isles will make the playoffs. If he doesn’t then they will keep losing. Isles have played well, chara has singlehandedly cost them 3-4 games.

What are you talking about, Rielly is a 28 year old 3rd pair LHD. Look at his production. The isles have two young Dman that are top 4 potential in Salo and Dobson. They are looking for a real dman at the trade deadline and Lauko has only played around 80 games at the AHL level with mildly solid production nothing special
Buddy you should do your research before talking **** LOL!!!

top 4 potential lol they ain't top 4 dmen yet maybe dobson but salo is 25 and isn't even a full time nhler yet if you think he has somebig bright future you are wrong his prime years is in 2 years and unless he makes some big jumps he wont be anything special. also what is wrong with reilly's productions hes been almost a .5 ppg dman the last 3 years if you even watched bruins games you would know he's a solid 2 way guy but again you are probably they type of person who just searches up how many points they have watch the games and you will see their true talent. 6 guys have said yes to that trade to your 1 no so obviously you are being overly biased

Salo just turned 23. He was one of the best defenseman in the SHL last season and should have made the team out of camp. He was the isles best defenseman in his debut . He has #3 upside and can run PP1. His game is similar to Devon Toews. He can thrive in 2nd pair minutes right now
