Last 8 games:
Flowers = .939 sv % facing on average 34 shots per game

Huh?

So he is not for sale? Or just want me to up the offer. Not sure what Fleurys value is. He can be up and down and he is 36 on the last year of his contract I know Hawks can retain if his cap hit is too big. Fleury just makes sense to me in MN and Talbot hasn't been good this year.

Y'know, I actually really like the look of this team. I think this Fiala trade makes more sense considering Vancouver's logjam at wing.

If Fleury is available, I'd definitely try to work something out there if I were Guerin

Cool. What do the Canucks have of value that would interest other teams. I assume Pettersson and Hughes aren't for sale. Boeser has been available for years and no takers, which suggests Benning has a very high price on him.

Unless Benning makes a panic move, I don’t see any players being traded. Knowing Benning, we won’t be drafting in the first round this year….. again….

Well that's disappointing.

Miller could easily be traded. Boeser I think could too.

I've heard this rumour but I really don't like the deal.

At best it's a lateral move, likely it's a downgrade. If the Canucks trade Miller it should be for futures or a young (on a deal that expires as an RFA) RD.

Boeser has never been available nice try.

Miller is better than Fiala/2nd. Much better offers to go hunting for.

Responding to your comment "It's not working in Chicago", Flowers is fine in Chicago. If he agrees to a trade, playing the way he is even as a rental, Chicago retains 1/2 the remaining salary and he should garner a late 1st or 2nd round pick. Talbot doesn't have much value to the Hawks, greenway is interesting.

Talbot I agree has little value to Chicago more of a cap dump so Hawks wouldn't need to retain on Fleury to make deal work. Talbot would be serviceable for a building team like the Hawks, but once again I agree he has little value to the Hawks. So a deal around Greenway Talbot and 1st or 2nd rounder do you think that gets it done?

I think without Talbot, then Greenway and a 2nd get's Fleury at half retained. With Talbot, again a cap dump and we will be close against the cap, then it's a 1st or 2nd.
