Sure no probs can shop Miller easily.
Has an extra contract year for a 2 year run.
Minny won’t find a C without paying.
Let Minny run the risk on Fiala’s next deal.
Could lose him for nothing & he’s not a PPG.

Nobody pays that much for Miller. He is a top6 forward, hooray. Fiala is an RFA so we have control over him, but the real dealbreaker here is Rossi. If you want him, you give Pettersson.

If Minny can trade for another top 6 C who wins FO’s & is a PPG & hits & drives the play go for it.

Let me know who out there will be available.

Miller is PPG for the 1st time in his career and does not drive play that well - actually Fiala drives it better and Rossi has shown significant promise in this area -, but go on

Last 3 years 137pts in 141 games do go on.
Promise isn’t NHL for sure at 5’9”

Fiala 106 in 132

But go out & find a top 6C they grow on trees.

So your scouting reports are a sweet combination of EliteProspects and is-he-a-big-guy-or-not? Amazing.

Nope

Unproven & small but high promise.
Miller proven.
Fiala can be electric or in the doghouse.
Rathbone great skater & smart.

Amazing. Did you know that Podkolzin is still quite unproven, but Greenway IS proven? Greenway also is a big guy so he must be good. The trade is one for one...

Rossi won the scoring title in the CHL and has been praised by every scout ever, so there's your proof. He was the 9th overall pick and our future 1C, damnit. Fiala drives play better than Miller, but yes, Miller is an upgrade over him. Rathbone is a 22-year-old 4th round pick with limited upside playing in Abbotsford. This deal is like offering Zuccarello and Mason Shaw for Garland and Höglander, mate. It's ridiculous and you know it

If Rangers are moving assets, they'll want someone that can play C, wing face-offs, kill penalties while putting up some points. Not sure Boeser ticks the necessary boxes. Plus they dont have that type of cap space unless its a potential Strome replacement.

Sounds like Miller ticks most of those boxes.
Otherwise why not say a 1C they aren’t moving.
Question is will it be his 2nd go around?

What’s the offer? Don’t say Kravstov is the main piece.
