Yeah that's a hefty no from Minny and likely Montreal too although I don't think the Caufield deal is a bad offer.

Minnesota isn't in any position to retain. . Wild will have to think hard about making kaprizov upset as Zuccarello is everything to kaprizov on & off the ice

He might. He does have a blind spot to the guys from PIT. What's another $3m in dead cap?

Lapierre and a 1st is A nice return. Eating 3 million year one and two plus taking on Haglins 2750000 for a year and a half kinda sucks but he can be sent to the AHL for a little more cap space. But in year 3 of the buyouts Wild will have gained 3 million in space. So that possibility might further interest Guerin.
