A 2nd for Pavelski? C'mon my friend. They'd get way more than that. A 1st at a bare minimum

I don't think they are going to sell though, at least not yet. They've had a really rough start but Bowness is finally putting together a more offensive lineup and they're playing strongly right now. They likely need to move at least one of the tenders anyway with Bishop practicing and whatnot, but still

I know there has been a fair bit of rumours surrounding Dallas sending a goalie to Edmonton but I don’t understand it. Dallas has to move a goalie because sooner rather than later will have a 4 goalies but if Edmonton takes one then they have the exact same problem. Smith kosk whoever from Dallas and skinner. To me it just makes no sense for Edmonton. None of the guys available is a true enough upgrade to be worth the hassle.

To me it's all just old/recycled offseason rumors, before Koskinen decided he was gonna be Hasek this season. I think the trade is right, but agree the team is wrong. Honestly, it might need to be Dobby and Holtby. Probably will be closer to the deadline, see who is contending and if there are any injuries

avs wouldn't have room with full retention and the stars taking back a contract.

Yes, that's what Edmonton needs a 4th goalie!

Pavs is worth more. Panthers don’t really need Klinger

Avs would need full 50% retention and still need to send cap back so it's a no from COL.

I think Edmonton would prefer Pavelski, although they'd need 50% retention and cap going back just like Colorado would.
