that's an awful trade ritchie has negative value. if you want both you are giving up amirov, robertson, 2022 1st, sandin, kerfoot, ritchie atleast. 2 years retention and taking ritchies contract gonna cost you big time.
the way i see it is
miller= sandin kerfoot 2022 1st
horvat= robertson, amirov, ritchie

even then it's not really that great of a deal for canucks

Horvat would be a waste. Just go after Miller; 2022 1st + 2022 2nd + (Robertson or Amirov) would do it.

Personally wouldn't do that but that would be the price with the retention.
