Ottawa wants a better prospect than Jack Finley from this trade.

Hartman has a hot start and they give up that much his numbers before this year aren't any better maybe worse than Joseph's but he's all of a sudden Yanni Gourde. Besides both Raddysch and Katchouk have to clear waivers so when they loose at least one screws up the future . Hopefully JBB doesn't do this. I really like Brown but yeah only a slight improvement for a sever hurt to the future

Ive actually wondered about Hartmans value, def a first round pick with two years left after this at 1.7M. He did sign a team friendly deal but you'd have to wonder if Guerin would deal him with first round picks on the table?

Minnesota doesn't do this deal! Joseph is nothing to Minnesota who has Adam Beckman and Matt boldy. Also Hartman signed a 3 year team friendly deal to stay in Minnesota. He's also Minnesota 1c right now. So no

Yeah idk, he signed that deal because he was sick of moving around and specifically wanted to stay here. I realize he doesn’t have trade protection and at the end of the day it’s a business, but I’d have to imagine there’s a handshake agreement between him and Guerin. Dealing him would be a pretty controversial move and could be received very poorly by fans, media and players. IMO Hartman would pretty much need to ok it, without there being backlash.
