Not sure if Army bites on this, but this is probably the best Tarasenko offer I've seen on here for a while.

It's a good offer imo

I... Don't think this fixes anything.

We don't address any of our needs, and our cap situation gets worse.

Why would Van trade Miller for a more one dimensional player that makes more money and add a good prospect and pick?

Not close to reality. Van needs RHD coming back. Thomas might be a possibility.

Rangers are my team to deal with.

As I said in the other thread: Miller = Tarasenko and there’s a viable argument that Miller has more value. I don’t like to have homer bias, and I would straight up say Miller is more valuable, especially considering Tarasenko’s trade request.

There is no way you can argue Tarasenko with his injury history is better than Miller who has been a massive stud for yrs now.

his injury was SOLVED. idk why people cant see that he had a surgery that the team recommended and he wanted a different one (like eichel) but instead he listen to the teams doctors, the surgery was botched or didn't work. so he went and got the one he wanted and it solved the issue

It not about whether he is healthy now. He has had 3 surgeries on his shoulder and his shot is not quite what it once was. He is still a good player, however Miller provides equal production, is slightly younger, and has a 2 mil dollar cheaper cap hit for the same amount of term. Also, Vlad isn't waiving for Vancouver nor should they look at adding a veteran like him. They need to get younger and aquire assets to do a proper rebuild
