That’s wacky. Take out the first and it’s reasonable.

not only is that a hilariously optimistic return, but why would arizona of all teams do this?

He’s a third liner in Boston behind Marchand and Hall. He’s only 25 with lots of years to go. Team control. Has produced in the past. This is an easier price to stomach at the draft when there are more known quantities. AZ already has over 10 picks. They need players.
Keep in mind the players that get dealt at the draft for late round picks. Ryan Reaves to Pittsburgh. There are others. Can’t think of one right now.

That’ll be a quick no. You’d be lucky to get Arizona’s 3rd rounder for him at this point

he's a 3rd liner because he's a 3rd liner and lately he's been playing like a 4th liner. He also makes way too damn much money and has a QO of 4.8 million next year. This is awful value for a team that could use him and arizona isnt a team that is in a place to give up high draft picks for under performing over paid wingers

They actively don’t need players. They need picks.

Jesus, they refused to take him as part of a Dvorak trade. Can’t imagine they’d trade picks for him.
