i actually kinda like that trade, wood is a pretty decent scorer and he brings a lot of speed and physicality to his game would be a good 3rd line with haula and foligno.
wood also had a strong tendency of lighting us up just like palmieri so taking away guys like him who do really good against us is also nice.

1 problem though when is wood supposed to be back from injury also what is his injury because if it is a serious injury that could hinder him from returning to his previous form

What are you thinking?? I'm not a Wood fan, but he was effective last year and DeBrusk hasn't been. I get Wood is hurt, but still very short term thinking when I'm not even sure DeBrusk easily beats out Kuokkanen or Vesey on this roster.

shoot that's tough i really like woods style of play, if he knew how to play off wing id even consider trying him with hall and coyle as his speed would mesh with hall and he just gives the line another scoring threat
