I dont think they would. You could use a RD, 2nd round pick is quite a lot and only 2 yrs left. Its reasonable.

We need more good defenders than bad ones, our defense stink like that.

Fair deal for Severson.
I’d assume Vancouver does it only if the can resign him.
And Devils do it if they have another 2RD option.

I'd rather get a first back and not neuter Boesers return by tacking Poolman on.

Maybe AZ bites on that deal but Myers will be hard to move.

I don't want Chytil, Krav would be preferable, or a first +.

No one wants Pearson.

I think the UFA signings are all a little bit low.

If we can rid ourselves of Poolman we have to. Especially if we were to acquire Schneider and another RD like Severson in a Boser deal.

I agree Myers will be difficult to move but honestly the value is there. 2nd round picks are worth a lot and Myers isn't completely useless he's worth 3 mil maybe.

Pearson retained could work for a contender. Just throw him on a 3rd line.

UFA signings could be low. There is another 4 mil to play with so its all guesswork.

My least fav piece is the Boeser trade but I really think Boeser is damaged from that back injury, he is so cumbersome, I don't believe he is going to be worth the money he is owed. And RD are so difficult to come by.

I will agree Myers has value, but not at $6,000,000.
The Ranger's second is not that valuable.
Make it Vancouver's 2022 2nd to make it reasonable for taking on the cap hit.
Most Sabre ACGM's still would not make the deal, I am an outliner, I would make the trade I proposed, Myers and VAN 2022 second for Future considerations.

Caps aren't looking to take Pearson, especially not at his contract as it isn't feasible with the Cap situation once Backstrom, Oshie, and Mantha return. Not really a place to play him anyway as Washington already has Sheary and Sprong on line 3, which is really the only place to put him. I think the Caps will pass here

Sabres have 2 defensemen signed beyond this yr. They may need help.
