Then you are clearly overestimating Debrusk

Hey, I get what a non-factor he's been in Boston, I'm just somebody who tends to be very optimistic with what a simple change of scenery can do for a player

People just reference DeBrusk as a player in decline which is silly because by that logic Barzal is a has been as well. DeBrusk needs out of Boston as he is out of favour with the coaching staff and needs a change of scenery. Much like Claude Julien put Seguin in the dog house and eventually he was moved, which I may add turned out pretty good for Seguin. DeBrusk will never live up to his draft spot/capital but he is more than capable of scoring 20 goals a season on the right team.

Then that logic should hold for the other players too.

I never said he is on decline but I still don't think he is worth the return. Holl will be really good with the right partner and so will Mik in the proper role.

I like the player, I just wouldn't make the trade.
