Take kassian out. Add something of actual value. Bruins have zero interest in kassian.

I think it's unlikely Ken Holland could ever do a trade where Oilers come out the winner, that being said DeBrusk has asked for a trade which could leave the Bruins with less-than-ideal leverage.

If it's paying a lot more than 1-for-1 player trade to get DeBrusk, Oilers would probably just keep Kassian tbh, he hasn't been bad for them this year.

These trades are not even close. Wedgewood would not be an asset as he was waived by jersey for a reason, Look at someone like Georgiev on NYR. Or someone like Vitek Vanecek.

Bruins don't want Kassian and we need him, a fourth probably gets it done anyway, DeBrusk has no value.

I don't like the Strome trade, because I think Yamo is having an off season, I believe he could be way better next season. And Strome ain't proven, he just exsists.

10 teams have already called on Debrusk. The only names I have heard so far are Dylan Strome and Mason Appleton.

Kassian has no value to Boston. Waste of roster spot and cap space. This offer is the same as Boston offering Moore and a 5th for Yammer.

Debrusk will be gone long before the deafline.

If it’s EDM it woukd most likely be Yammer or Barrie and i hate both those moves. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I think a lot of teams would have some level of interest in Vanacek if available. Georgiev is a hard no... gotten worse every year and has just been atrocious this year. Ride what you have before you trade for him.

The ones that are flagged as controversial here (DeBrusk, Strome) are the ones I was actually less into, I just added on a whim Confusedhame:

I'm actually more bullish on Wedgewood and Nylander's hidden upside. I don't agree on Georgiev or Vanecek being good calls or even upgrades on what Oilers have currently, I'd rather stick with Koskinen than those tbh.

The point is, kassian is nothing to boston. At that point, might as well put him on waivers.

He did request a trade, but its not like he’s sitting out. He played last night. Both sides know the best way to facilitate this is for him to play well for a bit. I wouldn’t be surprised if this happened quickly, or dragged on until the deadline.

Hawks not interested in Yamo. Got enough small guys as it is.
