Description

Took a crack at making a package for DeBrusk without Kane being added. I'd love to get rid of his contract, but it seems Boston has no interest in him for his off-ice issues so I wanted to make a Kane-less package that tries to balance things out.

Highly doubtful that SJ moves Simek. Stalwart LD for EK. The Bruins take that straight up without the rest of the pkg.

Major overpay dude. Major. DeBrusk has struggled more than Labanc even. I wouldn't even trade Nieto alone for DeBrusk.

Simek doesn't play with EK at all.

Even so, doubtful they move that guy for DeBrusk. I’d take the deal from the Bruins side all day.

Don't want Debrusk. If anything, I'd trade Simek for Debrusk straight up just to "shake things up" and their money is around the same. Simek is basically a 7th D man now. The only way Debrusk ends up on the Sharks lineup is if he was on waivers and more than likely other teams would try to pick him up as well.
