Boy did you miss the boat on that one.

Boston has no need for a goalie.

Zboril has been very good since taking Clinton’s spot. Would not be surprised if he ends up on first pair by years end.

MAF is not going to get much of return with his contract and age.

Duly noted and reverted. I think retained, he should be able to fetch a 2nd quite comfortably. He is performing really well since the coaching change and looks like his former self (Vezina Winner). Not a bad goalie to add at the TDL for a playoff team who wants to solidify their goalie tandem.

Gets you out of the Ritchie contract and gives you Nylander's brother with an opportunity to see if he works out. Seems like a good deal for TOR, though I will see what other Leafs fans have to say before making any changes.

Ya I think he gets a 2nd but you’ll prob have to retain significant amount for someone to get him under their cap.

a 3rd isn't getting you out of Ritchies cap. If you want to get out of Cap Hell, something has to give. This move gives you more leverage thats all. Sure we would love to get into the 1st round this year but we could move Kubalik (I hope not) if we really wanted in. Ritchie does nothing for us and Nylander is a player that Leafs fans have liked due to his brother William being on your roster.

I wouldn't execute the move for anything less than a 1st while we still have TJ.

Yes, this would only be on the proviso they are making the playoffs.
