Pionk's on my fantasy team and he's terrific, gets a ton of hits and pretty consistent SOG and assists for a D-man, please don't take him out smile

It's amazing that that wasn't called, possibly even more amazing that Spezza's retaliatory hit wasn't either. Feels like the refs have been next-level lousy this year.

All could have been avoided if refs werent ****ing blind as if they called Pionk no need for Spezza to do what he did

In general in the third 0 hockey was played just hits and fights nothing else

Got a feeling Mar 31 Player Saftey is gonna be at the game and Gabriel gonna get suspended for taking out Hellebuyck

Sure that Pionk knee shoulda been called, but Spezzas was a dirty dirty move. You can basically break someones neck with dropping your knee intentionally like that.

Remember from football back in the days that happening to Chelsea FC goaltender Petr Chech. He was like a year out with fractured scull and had to wear protective gear rest of his career. And was concidered lucky.

So McDavid gets a fine and Spezza/Pionk get suspended which means McDavid gets nothing and Pionk/Spezza get 5k because the DoPS (wheel of discipline) said so

last night's game was insanity. Just an absolute mosh pit. The referees let that game get out of control as soon as they let matthews and dubois go at it. They shouldve killed the roughness right then. Instead they just let it fester until sandin's hurt, simmonds and clifford fight, and multiple huge scrums break out.

Way to be guys, just STELLAR officiating. Something needs to be done about this, over the past years its been getting worse. im all for big, clean hits, but they let it get out of control.

It's fair game IF the refs let the players know that the game was going to be played like this. If not, then it's ridiculous
