I don’t think there’s a fit with MIN. You’d be able to get better offers elsewhere, especially for Dvorak. Our cap is just so strapped during the buyouts, we’re gonna be barely scraping by even with ELCs.

If you want Greenway, there’s probably a deal to be made. But if the priority is moving Dvorak and Armia, may have to take that to market.

No just avs fans dont want Montreal spare parts, but the fan base keeps on trying to push it on this site. Price, Allen, the avs trading Girard for a bunch of spare parts or Drouin. Its the same thing every day.

I can’t speak about anybody else I just call things like I see them. COL doesn’t have to do anything to be a cup contender. The GM has a long history of being patient and not making bad trades on players that can’t make an impact. COL’s current situation is they are short on picks, long on prospects and young talent, but no matter what Sakic is going to ride or die with Kuemper / Francouz. Last year Miska was an abject failure, and the only move Sakic did was trade a 6th for JoJo. So yeah COL, imo, isn’t making any trades especially over pays for a guy that is at best a back up, would much rather see those resources go into a 2nd line scorer. I mean a 2nd and one Bowers/Kaut/Beaucage (maybe even another sweetener) for Toffoli is something that would interest the Avs.

Toffoli is available : we need RHD prospect and Center prospect.

Bowers is a center prospect, Avs aren’t going to give up Barron for Toffoli, probably not willing to give up Helleson either but could start a conversation.
