I think it's a interesting trade proposal in the case of Fiala for Konecny and a 3rd. I'm not sure if the cap number works for the Wild in the next few seasons but I don't hate the idea.

I dont see the sabres taking on jvr. Taking on a 7m contract that they dont need and getting a 6th for their troubles...im hoping (and frankly not optimistic) that the sabres decide to weaponize cap space for first and second round picks, but just doing the flyers a solid and taking a guy off their hands, i dont think theres even a small chance.
