The issue with blowing up teams in a flat cap era is that there are only about 9 teams that can afford to take on $4M+, and they are all typically in a rebuilding phase. Really a rock and a hard place for you guys.. I think I would try to cycle in as many young Phantoms players as possible just to keep some jump alive, outside of firing the coaches, exec team and management teams, of course.

I think I did a good job of sending players to teams that need the players I sent and that have the space to accommodate those players.
