Merrill has been fantastic for MIN this season -- I would not be benching him for Benn.

I wouldn’t do that if I was Minnesota. I would only trade their top prospects in Boldy, and Rossi for guys with term. Not Miller with only roughly one and a half years left on his deal.

The lines and defense pairings are all kinds of screwed up. Benching Sturm while playing Rask? Alright then..

Uh no, plus your lines and players are wrong. Minnesota isn't trading Matt boldy and 1st round pick for jt Miller

Canucks gladly accept. However I doubt the Wild move Boldy or Rossi

Well considering Guerin was unwilling to move Boldy in a Eichel deal i have a hard time seeing him do it for Miller.

I really would love to know what the actual package was that the Sabres and Wild discussed. It sounds like they were awfully close to pulling the trigger on something.

Well, we do know via Russo that Adams was asking for both Boldy and Rossi. Guerin wasn't having it, and ultimately pulled out.
