Remaining objective here. Trading for your captain back when your team is miles ahead of where you were last season seems counter intuitive. Regardless of the caliber of player.

As much as I love Gio, I’d rather not have Gio back. We could use the extra cap space for a top 6 RW, and plus we need to actually play Valimaki so his development doesn’t get stunted

I think Gio would be a good stabilizer for the 3rd pair and would love to have him back, but the price seems high
