So much respect for this man. He really tried to come back, sad it didn't work out.

Because of injuries he won’t get into the Hall of Fame, but he’ll likely end up being one of the best goalies not in it.

Who cost Dallas? Obviously you don't mean Johnson, since he's only played around 20 NHL games, so I'm confused...

Oops, thought it was Tyler Johnson.

Saw a small righty named Johnson get leveld and thought it was him.

And yes I’m still pissed off after him.

Edit: also for further clarification, I meant cost us a chance at the cup not cost us the cup, if he didn’t do the things he did we would’ve had a better chance than we had in reality.

How freakin embarrassing lmao. Give up a 3 goal lead to win off a fluke goal?

no no not a fluke goal

A Kampf revenge story pt.2 goal

He has made it his mission to make the Blackhawks regret not qualifying him and so far a tying goal in game 1 and a game winner in game 2 is a good way of doing so lul

You should see the reactions on twitter. Everyone is so mad he got the goal lul

I'm trying to find the video of the hit on Johnson and failing, I don't remember it enough to tell you whether he dove or not (I only remember the outcome smile). I don't think he tripped Hintz with intent to injure though, it may have been a bad missed call, but TJ's not the type of player that would pull a Marchand trip on an opposing team.

I know he didn’t do it on purpose, but he did it at the end of the day which made us use Justin Dowling as our number 2 centre instead of Hintz.

Justin Dowling is maybe a 2nd line AHL centre.

For the Benn thingy he somewhat dove, but it was mainly the fault of the refs, they should’ve let them play, I mean frankly it’s the finals in OT, if it isn’t obvious don’t call it.

All of those things theoretically could’ve maybe changed the outcome of the series.

Clearly you're not watching Dangle smile

Funny, you're right, I actually haven't watched that much dangle so far this year. Not that I don't like it (I'm a huge dangle fan) I just haven't had the time to watch them when they are 20 minutes long.

They definitely could've. There's no doubt that the Shattenkirk OT winner following the call on Benn was the biggest blow, but for me the turning point came at Stammer's goal in Game 3. That just tilted the ice at a 45-degree angle. I still sometimes can't believe he actually scored in 2:06 of ice time in his only game of the entire playoffs. (People forget that the Lightning won that cup with no Stammer for all but 2:06 of 22 games.)

I think what f*cked us that game was when Miro blew a tire and Kuch took full advantage of it, and we just couldn’t make the comeback, like we were close, but not quite enough to make a difference. That applied to almost every game.

Forget Lankinen, check this one out. This is up there for one of the worst I've ever seen, Dangle will have a field day later this week...

I agree, there are some really bad habits creeping into their game right now. Still not going to have a healthy roster for a few more weeks. They need to tighten **** up

I count 3 goalies who committed Dang-its tonight: Lankinen against the Leafs (although he at least didn't misplay the puck, he was the victim of an unlucky bounce), Vejmelka against the Flyers, and now Koskinen against the Canes.

Anyone that says the goalie should stay in the net is an absolute buffoon. The impact a goaltender can make playing the puck is immense especially with a goaltender that excels at it (Ben Bishop, Martin Brodeur). This will also out weigh the one or two dang its throughout the year.

For sure, be aggressive and get after it.
BUT
In the TML-CHI game tonight when the puck is 5-6 ft in the air, travelling at +/- 90kmph and riding/rimming on uneven glass+stantions in a TIE game w/ a minute or two to go...stay in your net is 100% the call!! - be it Bishop or Marty or Carey or a Zamboni driver/Net minder..

Yeah, in this case gotta hold the posts on that "fuuggly puck".
That rubber was not something to 'chase after' unless you're an Aussie Shepherd pup chasing a frisbee...
