Honestly just close till January 2nd and start games back on the 3rd. Gives medical staff enough time to get things semi under control, players enough time to get better, and prevents further spread. And by doing it this way schedule wont be affected as much as by shortening the offseason by a week along with September training camps we can keep both seasons on track.
