Point totals equate to whether or not you qualify as a 2c lul

And he used Dvorak's time in Arizona as an example saying if you get 30 points even with PP, PK time then you dont qualify as a 2c.

Heres the thing in Minnesota Dvorak playing with Kaprizov would probs get 50 points a season. Arizona has not done well offensively these past 2 years so him even getting those totals was a miracle. Heck MTL has had a lot of struggles and he has been caught up in it so of course the point totals aint great.

But hey its there loss as lets be real do you see them defeating a healthy St. Louis Blues or Colorado Avalanche. With their current Center core nope. And they aint getting anyone better with all the dead money they got thanks to Parise and Suters buyouts.

Lets just say he is in the mix of struggles surrounding the Habs. But with how the team has been doing I dont blame him. If he playing last year for the Canadians from the North division times probs would have 20+ points by now.

As for if a team would pay big for him. Yes and No. With his current play people may hesitate but with his deal being friendly/ good, his past play, faceoff winning %, and ability to play on pp and pk, a gm looking for a good cheap 2c may bite the bullet.

Heck if Kadri plays himself out of Colorado and they cant afford him Dvorak could be a suitable replacement

Well they did lose Montembeault to waivers so kind of makes sense they did it as with Knight being on and off good to have a guy who can fill in should bob get hurt.
