You were supposed to bring all of your minor/junior players up to the NHL. Did you? No. So you are, by your words, "breaking the rules".
Regardless of that, Gibson is an RFA. If you wanted to expose him, you should have resigned him. You didn't. That's your problem. You must know expose the only goalie you have, and that is Greiss.

Considering it says this in the rules at the top of the page: "This means all the players you currently have assigned to junior or minors need to be brought up onto the visible active roster"
Then yes. We can change the list so that Greiss is protected now but you almost got screwed for not reading carefully.

Wait hold on Rangers never submitted his draft picks and Rico had to do so for him. Yes, Gibson is able to exposed but Rangers never put Gibson as his exposed goalie on any other expansion draft list he posted. Shouldn't there be a penalty for that?
Also another thing: Calgary's GM and Toronto's GM have been inactive for like 4 days now. I am pretty sure the rule is if they do not show any inactivity for 5 days action will be taken?

Also matt, you said in the News and Info thread that all teams who do not submit their teams before the deadline will have theirs done by the BOG. And rangers never brought up his minor players, and that's his problem. Just because rangers realized 2 hours after the deadline that he can expose Gibson shouldn't mean that he can get away with it. That's my two cents from info I got for comments you had posted.

I know i'm not the rule-maker but if someone takes too long i think we put in someone else until that other person comes back and then they have to both agree on something.

Nobody said you are the rule maker.
But the rule is that a GM must show activity at least once in 5 days. So what happens next, I will leave to the BOG to confer

you shouldnt be allowed to because we've passed the deadline and greiss was the only goalie at the deadline that was eligible. i think you should be losing greiss for your inattention. im not on the bog but thats my reccomendation.

That's not the point. The problem is this is too typical of rangers. He was told a billion times what the expansion rules are. But in the end, he didn't call up any of his farm players, and he didn't submit his expansion list. He shouldn't be allowed to get away with this.

eligible means approved by expansion tool and was on the roster when rico did his list. his fault for not following the rules. hes a bog member for f sake.
Look at the BOG thread. Your expansion list which Rico submitted is FINAL. this means Greiss is exposed.

Oh really? Then what does it mean? As far as I'm concerned, you didn't call up your farm players earlier, and didn't submit your expansion list on time. The penalty is Greiss. If that's too harsh, then you can leave this game. If not, then shush
