We can't make them official until both teams are eliminated in real life, but we can have handshakes. Tampa and Arizona swapped Sustr and Martinook. I think that was the only handshake. Other talks but nothing "finalized." I guess technically either Tampa or Arizona could change their mind about that deal too.
I'd prefer a prospect, since they're closer to the NHL. Preferably a forward like Abramov or Bittner.
I'd do wennberg and Bittner for Galchenyuk
As of now that would be a yes. However, I'm hesitant to have a handshake right now, in case Galchenyuk has a crazy good playoffs or something. I presume you'd want to do the same with Wennberg. We'll remember to revisit this once our seasons are over, and barring something unexpected, it will be done then.
