I honestly looked this up before hand and couldnt find anything that says it has to be 4/4/1. I'm not trying to cheat the system but if it just says 8 skaters like you can't blame for putting 8 skaters.

I think 4/4/1 is the way it would be in real life, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
I know it would catch people of guard because really what team would do a 3/5/1 in real life but with the way my team is set up right now, it works best for me.
Hey guys, it says in the "CBA--Expansion Draft FAQ" section of CapFriendly that the second option is 8 skaters and 1 goalie. We should just go with that considering we're using this website as the golden rule as far as player exposure requirements, exemptions, etc.
