    Additional Details:
This is not for the expansion draft. LAV will probably sign Alzner which counts as their pick. This would just be a trade which I think LAV would take. They get a great young goalie that can start now, just have to take a good leader for 2 years.

DET might have to throw in a pick or 2 but I just wanted to make it so those 2 names were the main part of the deal.

Would definitely consider Tatar+Detroit's 2018 2nd round pick for Carlson that should be pretty fair.

Lol you're not getting Ekholm for Johansson. Ekholm is also better than Orlov by far.

John Carlson is one of the most underrated defensemen in the league, and he's still going to be. Tatar isn't as important to us as Carlson is. You have us making a lot of changes, when we could basically bring everyone back. Dadonov would be nice, but I would rather have Oshie back.

Well I don't know how they will sign him in 2 years especially if they resign all there big name free agents this year. Im not saying it's a fair trade but not bad. Definitely have to had another player or pick though

Pretty even trade. Mojo is a top 6, 50+ points 20+ goals, something NSH needs. Ekholm is a good 2nd pairing guy. Orlov and Ekholm are about the same, no way is he better "by far".

I would take Shatty and Niskanen over Carlson but Shatty isn't resigning so he'll stay. I would take Dadonov over Oshie because he's 2 years young and will be about $3M cheaper, yet they are about the same players.

I think this really depends on whether or not we win the Cup this year. If we get it, then we probably build towards the future and bring in younger players like Dadonov. But if we don't, we need to do whatever we can to keep the core together, which Maclellan can do if he manages to move Orpik out.

Ekholm is soooo much better than Orlov. It's not even close.
