***** [UFA's] Re-Signed bf End of 21'-22' Penguin Season :

~ RD- K. LETANG #58 -------- 4yrs @ $7.58m Per --------- I could see a 38yr old Letang leading Pens w/ 24:49 TOI & getting another 2yr deal & playing till 40, he's like - "a fine wine, better w/ time"
~ C- E. MALKIN #71 ---------- 3yrs @ $7.1m Per ----------- I'd bet on Geno coming back strong & taking less to stay w/ 87-58-29
~ G- M.A.F #29 ------------------ 1yr @ $2.9m Per ------------ MAF stays w/ 87-71-58 & gets 30-35 gms as #2 to Jarry.
~ R/W- R. RAKELL #67 ------- 5yrs @ $5.25m Per --------- Rakell would be a perfect Kessel type RWer here

____________________________________________________

*** [UFA's} Re-Signed (OR) Signed :

~ C/RW- BDJC #77 ------------- 1yr @ $2.75m Per ---------- Big D*** Jeff Carter comes back for beer money

~ RD- C. Ruhwedel #2 -------- 2yrs @ $1.2m Per ---------- The best unknown D-man in the NHL
~ LD- W. Butcher #4 ---------- 1yr @ $850, Per ------------- Still only 26, would be a solid #7

Ducks don't have a reason to do this. Lundeström is worth more than Matheson already. And Matheson has a contract the Ducks don't want and they should just re-sign Lindholm.

You need to pay a lot more if you want Detroit to retain salary. They only have two slots and need them for their own players at the deadline.

U are prob right, I just always liked him while Ducks fans were always trading him, the last cpl yrs & tried to tell ur fans u dont trade 20-21 yr old Forwards that already have some success in NHL....
He is also becoming a solid 2-way player too....

Im a Pens fan but have loved ur team the last 4-5 yrs of Drafting..... Plus call Zegras a Mini Sid w/ his passing & call Drys, Letang Jr w/ his skating.... Big fan of ur young team
