So Detroit gets a late pick. Björkqvist isn't worth anything in certainly would have a hard time getting ice time with Detroit’s pipeline let alone ever see NHL.

Dallas declines. Rebuild is coming up for them & Rust doesn't really do much for that rebuild. Dellandrea & Gurianov are both pieces that Dallas can build around & both fit in the next competitive window for the Stars.

Zucker is not a top 6 forward in Chicago he’s more of an extra forward depending on what position he plays as a hawk

You obviously put a lot of time and thought into this, but man, almost none of this makes for the Pens are any other team involved.

I also don't get the continued fixation on DeBrusk by Pens fans.

Zucker has 12 points in 15 games being Sid’s linemates. I don’t know where you get that he has no chemistry with him? It’s not his fault the coach is a stubborn **** when it comes to Zucker and refuses to put Zucker with him.

From the Bruin's perspective, why give up both Jake and Frederic for Strome and depth pieces - just move Debrusk in a deal for Strome, rather than all the other strings attached.

Hawks have Flower's agreement coming off the books after the year. Strome's qualifying offer is $3.5M next offseason. Hawks would be taking on an additional $2M cap hit for zucker over Strome, for a 1 year rental next year at the ripe age of 30 years old. Why would they do this from a cap perspective, contract duration or age given their current position?
