So where exactly is Arizona getting the 2nd top 5 pick?

Both Colorado and Montreal picks are top 10 protected.

Colorado transfers to 2023 if in the top 10 and Montreal’s goes to the worst 1st between theirs and Carolina’s picks if the MTL pick is in the top 10, so I guess you could get it from MTL if Carolina falls off a cliff and SUCKS for the rest of the year, but I don’t really see that happening.
