Dubois ain’t going anywhere they’ll have enough cap space

Jets won’t be looking for centers anymore than they are now. Dubois loves Winnipeg, he lives in the city year round. Probably looking at a long term deal there.

As for Scheifele, that is an unknown. He seems like a lifelong jet, but he’d have to commit to like a 4-5 year deal at like 9-9.5 to make it work.

Stastny likely returns next year with another paycut, a guy that loves the organization and his teammates.

Perfetti is as close to untouchable as it gets. He’s a stud and was a steal of a pick when the jets drafted him.

Lundqvist and Kravtsov not enough? Can add more, Rangers have lots of prospects.

I’m not quite sure what it would take to get Perfetti. He’s one of the jets most valuable pieces. Lundqvist is definitely interesting but jets already have a similar player in pionk. Funny how they’re both rangers picks haha.

Tbh if I was Winnipeg, there’s not much I’d want from the rangers. Jets are in win now mode and there isn’t a piece they need enough on the rangers that’ll help them now that could be acquired for Perfetti.

Perfetti is probably the most untouchable of the Jets prospects. I can't see any realistic deal where Winnipeg moves him.

Until PLD and Scheif sign extensions, Perfetti is not available… and even after that I’d only move him for a top 6 RW or obvious upgrade on our top pairing RD.

If there's a Jet to the Rangers that makes sense its Scheifele to be honest.

Agree with you, inexpensive good players aren't traded. Always a spot to fit them in the lineup and play 18 minutes a game.

If they were to trade Perfetti, I’d imagine it’d be for a guy with similar value (a quality over quantity type argument).
Lundqvist is definitely interesting, but I think they’re extremely high on Perfetti so it would take a big fish to get him.

100%. Honestly could be a trade there within the next 2 years depending on Perfetti’s development.
