Too much for Kane, I wouldn't do it

also, you can only retain salary on 3 contracts, (you currently have 4)

I think Carolina might consider that if you took out all of their players.

Los Angeles and Anaheim aren't interested in the slightest.

No from Minnesota. You aren't getting anything close to that for Dylan strome. A good improving prospect, or a 2nd round pick for Dylan strome? You will be lucky to get a 5th round pick

Tampa payed Chicago a 2nd to take Johnson's contract. Why would the Ducks give up a 2nd and a 3rd to acquire him?

I think that might be an understatement. I think every team hangs up the phone and blocks this persons number. Necas was a dealbreaker for Eichel and Laine, why wouldn’t he be for a washed up Kane? We traded for Bear this off-season and he has been amazing for us. Suzuki I’m not losing much sleep about, but I think he ends up being trade as part of a package for a winger, most likely LW, who is younger and can play top 6 now.

Carolina reject this.

1) They do not have a second round hump, and were in the ECFs 3 years ago

2) They've got enough RWers. Cat might be more of a deal maker, but kane at that cap hit is a strong no. Especially at the price of Necas, unless you're sending back like Kirby Dach.
