If you are legitimately wanted to know his value, look at the Eichel deal. Eichel is injured and has played zero playoff games and has zero Hart or Art Ross trophies.

I think you start at 3 first round picks + 5 or 6 high end players and that gets you in the ball park. And that includes adding Barrie and Kassian in the trade.

- 24 y/o 2-way workhorse smooth effortless skater D-man, signed 7 more years at 8.0

- 22 y/o 30+ goals scorer and 2-way center

- 21 y/o future reliable 2nd pairing D-man

- first round pick

More, probably but your attempt is much more realistic than anything else I have seen so far. I have been witnessing fans being out of touch with players values basically since the internet has been affordable. Look at Eichel for example and how some were saying it would take the moon.
