My man, I’m not the one who signed a mediocre goalie to a bad contract, then figured a rebuilding team that already has G depth and not planning on contending in the next several years would actually give up assets to take him on.

The numbers over the past 3 years suggest Mrazek is far from mediocre. Certainly isn't elite but he's been better than average over the past several seasons. But of course this is cap friendly so the mob immediately forgets everything beyond this year and so he's a bad backup. Why? Because the mob wants TO to fail and will say whatever they want to justify this rhetoric. I have full faith Mrazek will have a good 2nd half of the season and prove his worth.

I do admit Campbell's emergence makes the deal look a little too high but he's a very good tandem goalie and I think it'll all work out in the end
