Buffalo adds.

Tampa is set on LD, and Cernak is their best RD depending if you consider Sergachev LD or RD. Swapping Cernak for Miller isn’t an upgrade as they need a more physical defencemen then an offensive guy. Anderson doesn’t move the needle unless they want a #3 goalie.

Miller is a RD, how far off is the needle? Miller i would vouch for to be somewhat physical. Hes top 3 in Blocked shots and hits for BUF

Cernak > Miller — Miller is a UFA too, so no guarantee he signs. I don’t see why TBL would have interest in this deal.

Why does TB trade their best player that still has 3 more RFA years for a more expensive expiring UFA who isn't as good? There is a reason he has been on the ice to end the last 2 seasons.

Needle is way off sorry bud. UFA vs RFA. Miller much older. Cernak cheaper and the better player. Anderson doesn't really add much either.

Cernak deal would start with Joki and picks. But it would need to be a lot for Tampa to part with one of their best value contracts.

Cernak is too good and too cheap especially for a team like Tampa where cap is a giant factor to trade for pieces like this.
