Luckily I work from home and most of what I need is within walking distance. It's just right now not a ton of places have been shovelled off.

Same here in New Brunswick, except that happened a couple of days ago.

At my rink there was almost 6 feet of snow surrounding the ice after my grandfather snowplowed it all off.

We get hurricanes sometimes and nor easters.

I pity you weak humans for thinking that’s a lot of snow lol.

Well, to be clear, that is quite a bit for one dump of snow, but to have that much on the ground is completely normal for me. Then again, I pretty much live in the arctic.

50 cm of snow is a lot. Especially around the great lakes.

It’s so easy to use. Just use your foot or shoe to measure something and it’s 100 percent accurate

No because every has different feet/shoe size, it’s also only used commonly in the US…

I know. It’s weird that we’ve use it. I just had this idea of a three team trade. So Buffalo gets picks and prospects. We get bura and something else. Colorado get vitor o and sammy

You're not alone lol.

To be honest, I work better with feet and inches of metres and centimetres too, even though I'm a Canadian. For example, I know that I'm 6'1", 6'2" but I have no idea how tall I am in m/cm (actually I do, but that only because it's on my driver license). Likewise I have no idea what my weight is in kilograms but I know it's 175 lbs. Heck, even Miles vs kms, I sometimes tend to favour miles, but I have a reason for that, I live in a rural area and land is divided into "quarters" which are a 1/2 mile by a 1/2 mile.

One metric measurement that makes far more sense though is Celsius. Fahrenheit just seems random, but Celsius makes sense. I also use km/h far more than mi/h and that makes more sense to me.

I'm pretty sure Ontario (assuming that's where you live) and Saskatchewan are different, but I more commonly use feet/ inches.

I was pretty bored during holiday break, due to pretty much everything being closed because of lockdown. I watched Rebelde on Netflix, I was really impressed for that kind of TV show lmao.
